Together with all the Magen David Adom volunteers, the MDA-Hatzalah Darom volunteers have also harnessed themselves over recent months to help with the organization’s activities, in both their regular activities as well as treating coronavirus. Beyond the regular shifts and those spent helping carry out coronavirus testing at the stations and areas in Lachish and the Negev, which are performed by our volunteers, and in addition to our regular activities and initial response to emergency calls, our volunteers have enlisted to help with the coronavirus centers in Kiryat Ono and the field.
